Regarded as one of the most significant works in religious English literature, The Pilgrim’s Progress written by John Bunyan, has been translated to more than 200 languages and has never been out of print since it was first published in 1678. Nation9's adaptation of this classic features custom 3D animation, story-line interactivity, captivating original music, and optional narration that will be sure to captivate young readers time and time again.
As an interactive eBook, this app features beautiful illustrations and animations that bring this classic story to life. It is narrated wonderfully and as the story progresses, the viewer is encouraged to interact with the animations to progress the story visually.
The story is easy to follow and kept my kids' attention for the entire length, which is pretty hefty. One of their favorite screens was dressing the lead character in God's armor.
The app also includes the original 166-page text by John Bunyan and an originally song that was actually pretty good and fit the story well. Overall, this is a great addition for those that enjoy going through interactive eBooks with their kids. We enjoyed this!
